Maryland at. 1.Ohio State
Maryland challenged Ohio State a year ago but came up just short. This, much improved Buckeyes team should not have any problems with the Terps this season. Prediction:Ohio State 45, Maryland 21

4.Penn State at. 17.Minnesota
While both teams are undefeated, Minnesota’s non-conference schedule has meant that this will be the Golden Gophers’s first real test this season. Penn State needs another big win and I think they get a hard fought win in Minnesota. Prediction:Penn State 28, Minnesota 24

2.LSU at. 3.Alabama
While LSU and Alabama are ranked 1-2 in the AP Poll, they were not ranked 1-2 in the first College Football Playoff poll. Still, we might get the best match up of the season if Tua Tagovailoa is at full strength for Alabama. If Tua’s at full strength, Alabama wins at home in shootout. Alabama 56, LSU 52

Missouri at. 6.Georgia
Georgia will have to get through another test versus Kelly Brytant and Missouri. While it should be close early, I expect Georgia to roll at home. Prediction:Georgia 31, Missouri 21

5.Clemson at. NC State
The way Clemson has been winning, I struggled to put this game on the list, but just remember the game versus North Carolina. Prediction:Clemson 45, NC State 24

Iowa State at. 9.Oklahoma
Oklahoma has another test at home versus Iowa State. With their loss to Kansas State, they cannot lose a game or will not be in the CFP. Jalen Hurts should dominate in a shootout win over Iowa State. Prediction:Oklahoma 38, Iowa State 34
