NCAA makes minor changes to “NET” evaluation tool (CBB News)

Former Arizona State Forward Romello White is headed to Ole Miss per ESPN. White averaged 10.2 points and 8.8 rebounds last season.

Purdue transfer Nojel Eastern is staying in the Big Ten. The guard chose Michigan over many other offers. He averaged almost 5.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.

The NCAA Evaluation Tool (NET), which is used to evaluate teams for the NCAA College Basketball Tournament, has been changed a little bit. Two new components to the metric are Team Value Index (TVI) and adjusted efficiency. Both metrics will replace winning percentage, adjusted winning percentage, and scoring margin. Both men’s and women’s college basketball will use this up to date NCAA Evaluation Tool.
