Looking at a trade offer each Anthony Davis suitor can make

Here is a trade offer each Anthony Davis suitor (LA Lakers, New York Knicks, Boston Celtics, and LA Clippers) can make.

Boston Celtics:
Boston Receives:PF/C Anthony Davis
New Orleans Receives:SF Gordon Hayward, G Marcus Smart, G Jaylen Brown

Boston gets rid of Gordon Hayward’s huge salary of $32.7 million when they got him in the summer of 2017. It would be great if the Celts didn’t have to give up any assets that are picks and they do that by getting rid of Marcus Smart’s $12.5 million and Jaylen Brown’s $6.5 million to get a top player in the NBA to potentially lure star point guard Kyrie Irving to stay.

Los Angeles Clippers:
LAC Receives:PF/C Anthony Davis
New Orleans Receives:C Montrezl Harrell, F Danillo Gallinari, Two future first round picks

To make this deal work, the Clippers will have to throw in Danilo Gallinari’s $21.6 million salary. Both players will be able to help the frontcourt production as Anthony Davis heads to LA.

Los Angeles Lakers:
LAL Receives:PF/C Anthony Davis
New Orleans Receives:G Lonzo Ball, F Kyle Kuzma, F Brandon Ingram, 2019 4th pick

This might be the best trade package that New Orleans GM David Griffin sees. That fourth pick could be an excellent asset for the future. Getting young and improving players Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, and Brandon Ingram to add to that number one pick who will most likely be Duke Forward Zion Williamson.

New York Knicks:
New York Receives:PF/C Anthony Davis
New Orleans Receives:2019 3rd Pick (RJ Barrett possibly), F Kevin Knox, C Mitchell Robinson

That third pick could be very valuable as former Duke teammates RJ Barrett (the potential third pick) and Zion Williamson (the potential first pick) could team back up in New Orleans. Kevin Knox and Mitchell Robinson could be young assets that New Orleans could use in their future plans.
