Bryce Young, QB, Alabama
With many questions about Carolina who could pick, there is a draft filled with a bunch of good quarterbacks who could help the Panthers. They should take Bryce Young, the talented Alabama signal-caller, who reminds many of Drew Brees coming out of college.
CJ Stroud, QB, Ohio State
Many have said this week Stroud has fallen down many teams’ draft boards. However, CJ Stroud’s performance in the CFP Semifinal against Georgia tell me he will be picked by Houston.
Will Anderson, EDGE, Alabama
Maybe the most talented player in the draft, Will Anderson will head to a tough situation in Phoenix with a new coaching staff. Anderson was near the top in the country in sacks over the past two seasons.
Will Levis, QB, Kentucky
Will Levis has struggled as a passer at Kentucky but his Josh Allen like size has NFL GMs drooling over him. The Colts could take him or Anthony Richardson but I lean Levis here.
Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida
Similar to Levis, Anthony Richardson’s passing ability is questionable. But his measurables, speed, and presence in the pocket will excite the Seahawks enough to draft him as their future QB.
Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia
Behind Anderson, Jalen Carter has gotten in opposing teams backfield easily. The top interior defensive lineman in the draft will join a young but talented Lion defense.
7.Las Vegas Raiders
Christian Gonzalez, CB, Oregon
There are many questions as to which defensive back could come off the board and none are bad options. The Raiders should go Christian Gonzalez to help support their pass coverage.
Tyree Wilson, EDGE, Texas Tech
A rare talented pass rusher from the Big 12 is headed to Atlanta. Wilson will make an instant impact there.
Peter Skoronski, OT, Northwestern
Offensive tackles are valuable in the new NFL and Skoronski can help protect Justin Fields.
Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia
Nolan was a big contributor to Georgia’s last two champions. His pass rush will look to help the Eagles return to the Super Bowl in 2024.
